A reservation is not complete until a signed rental agreement has been submitted with a non-refundable retainer of 50% of your venue rental fee.  A $500 fully refundable deposit may be refunded 2 weeks  post event upon property inspection. If you would like to extend your rental, there is a $200/hour charge.
